Neuro-Inclusive Hiring – 90 min Webinar
Find the talent your process filters out. For talent teams and recruiting managers.
Your hiring process is a filter, and right now it is filtering out some of the best candidates who apply, plus a larger group who never apply at all. Ten “essential” criteria, surprise interview questions, “culture fit”, and silence about what happens next: each one quietly removes neurodivergent talent before you ever see it.
None of it is intentional. All of it is fixable, mostly for free, and every fix improves prediction for every candidate. This is rigour, not charity.
Duration: 1.5 hours (60 minutes training, 30 minutes Q&A)
Format: Virtual (unless otherwise arranged)
Price: £500 (no VAT). For audiences over 40, contact us for pricing.
Scheduling: UK time; lunchtime and twilight sessions available

The challenge
Neurodivergent adults remain seriously underemployed relative to their capability, and the standard hiring playbook is a large part of why: unstructured interviews test composure under social ambush rather than competence, long essential-criteria lists trigger honest self-rejection, and opaque processes read as risk to candidates carrying decades of rejection.
The organisations that fix this get quiet access to a talent pool their competitors are still filtering out, and a selection process that predicts performance better for everyone.
