Neurodiversity for Line Managers – 90 min Webinar
Confidence in the conversations that count. For every people manager.
Most managers avoid neurodiversity conversations for one reason: they are afraid of saying the wrong thing. So the disclosure gets a nervous nod, the adjustment request drifts, the feedback gets saved up for the appraisal, and the employee learns that the safest option is silence.
This webinar gives line managers the confidence and the concrete words for the conversations that count: disclosure, adjustments, feedback, and holding standards warmly when things are genuinely hard.
Duration: 1.5 hours (60 minutes training, 30 minutes Q&A)
Format: Virtual (unless otherwise arranged)
Price: £500 (no VAT). For audiences over 40, contact us for pricing.
Scheduling: UK time; lunchtime and twilight sessions available

The challenge
Neurodiversity outcomes are decided in 1:1s, meeting invites and feedback conversations, which means they are decided by line managers, not policies. Yet managers are the group least likely to have been trained, and manager handling is the thread running through the sharp rise in neurodiversity-related tribunal claims.
The fix is not clinical knowledge. Managers don’t need to diagnose anyone, and shouldn’t. They need a small set of habits and scripts that lower threat without lowering a single expectation, and that work whether or not anyone on the team has disclosed.
