For all colleagues. How neurodivergent perspectives make teams stronger. Covers the double empathy problem, masking, rejection sensitivity, executive functioning differences, and what an inclusive day-to-day culture actually looks like.
Module 2: Creating a Neuro-Affirmative Workplace
For managers and team leaders. An interactive workshop on the decisions leaders control: recruitment practices, reasonable adjustments, psychological safety, equity versus equality, and intersectionality.
Module 3: Communication and Company Culture
For all colleagues. Building an inclusive culture from lived experience: communication styles, the cost of masking, energy accounting, and neuro-inclusive workspace design.
